breast cancer organization.

Stone will perform on “The 2012 ESPYs Countdown Show,” which will be broadcast
live on ESPN from Los Angeles’ Nokia Theatre L.A. Live Plaza on July 11 from 4:00 - 5:30 pm
PT. He will appear on “Late Show with David Letterman” on August 14.

The 25-year-old soul singer from Chewelah, WA recently signed to ATO Records, which

will give his self-titled album its wide release on July 31. Stone released his album digitally via
his own stickystones label last fall. It quickly entered the Top 10 of Billboard’s Heatseekers
chart and the Top 5 of iTunes’ R&B/Soul charts. Performances on “Conan,” “Jimmy Kimmel
Live,” “Last Call with Carson Daly” and “Live from Daryl’s House” followed and Esquire, CNN
and Billboard named Stone as an artist to watch – all before he had signed with a label.

“With his tangle of blond locks and lumberjack sweater, he looks less like a soul
singer and more like someone you’d find selling hemp necklaces in Big Sur,” said Forbes.com
in a feature exploring his success as an independent artist. “But soon hundreds of slack-
jawed hipsters have sheathed their smartphones to listen as he belts out the words to his
song ‘Unaware,’ sounding something like the love child of Stevie Wonder and a resurrected
Amy Winehouse, if not better.”

The New York Times’ Jon Pareles noted: “his music reached back four decades to the late
1960s and early ’70s, when songwriters like Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Donny Hathaway
and Bill Withers brought introspection and social commentary to soul music.” “Stone's beautiful
music has universal appeal,” said the Chicago Tribune while the LA Weekly declared: “he's the
real deal.”

Stone’s new single, “Sleep.” was recently tapped by KCRW as “Today’s Top Tune.”
