If you are feeling sick, please do not attend an event.
While at a concert, be considerate of others’ personal space.
We will not require proof of vaccination but do ask that you please wear a mask while at The Complex if you are not vaccinated.
We welcome those who choose to wear a mask and will make disposable single-use masks available for those who need one.
Certain events may have different safety protocols based on each touring acts’ requests. Please visit the individual event page to see if your event has any specific requirements. We will update the individual event page and email all online ticket holders if these changes occur.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. Senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
