Premier Parking
A secure, indoor parking option right at The Complex is now available for most events. This also includes a private entrance into The Complex with a separate bathroom to use before and after an event while being extremely limited. Bring your merch back to the car as needed.
Premier Seating
There are various seating upgrade options when you attend an event at The Complex. You can add these to your order while purchasing GA tickets or separately later on. If not sold out in advance, you can also upgrade in person at the entrance to the section. These options are upgrades only, and do not include a GA ticket to enter the event. If you are bringing children, they must each have their own seat. Seats can only be purchased in pairs.

The Premier Section is a raised platform, located in the back of the room providing an unobstructed view, open to all ages. This section has very limited seating for 24 people set up with bar stools and cabaret tables that seat 4 per table on the front row, and up to 10 people, 2 per table on the back row. These are the only tables and chairs available in the room and are perfect for having a place to set your food and drinks down, sit back and enjoy the show. All shows in The Grand have beer and seltzer available in the section and is open for all ages.
The Premier Section is a raised platform just to the right of the front of the stage, angled outward and providing a seat above the general admission, standing crowd; open to all ages. This section has very limited seating for 80 people set up with bar stools and cabaret tables that seat 4 per table. These are the only tables and chairs available in the venue and are perfect for having a place to set your food and drinks down, sit back and enjoy the show, with a dedicated cocktail server for this section. All shows in Rockwell have beer and seltzer available in the section and is open for all ages.
The Premier Section is on a raised landing just to the right of the front of the stage. This section has very limited seating for 20 people set up with bar stools and cabaret tables that seat 4 per table. These are the only tables and chairs available in the venue and are perfect for having a place to set your food and drinks down, sit back and enjoy the show, with a dedicated cocktail server for this section. All shows in The Lot have beer and seltzer available in the section and is open for all ages.
Quick Pass
Your Quick Pass allows you to bypass the General Admission entry line upon arrival to the venue.
Simply ask our Guest Services team to be directed to the dedicated Quick Pass entrance!
*Note: Quick Pass requires a separate event ticket for entry.
Quick Pass is NOT early entry and does NOT compete with artist-driven VIP programs. It is just first entry when doors open to the public, and allows purchasers to enter immediately if there is a large line to get in.
Crew Pass
As an avid concert goer, you deserve more from your venue. You deserve to have the inside track to the best events and the biggest concerts. You deserve to be part of The Complex Crew!
It is completely free to sign up for the Complex Crew Pass. You can sign up at ANY event that you have purchased tickets to. Look out for our Complex Crew Pass team members in the line or at the booth in the lobby. All we need to sign you up is your name and email address.
Every time you come to a show, stop by the Complex Crew booth to get an equalizer sticker. The more equalizers you get, the more rewards you earn.

Upon Level Completion
- Level 1 - $10 Concessions Voucher
